Reflection

I look at myself
and what do I see?
A young lady
trying her hardest,
to be all that she can be.

I look at myself
and what do I see?
I see strength,
through hard work
and will power.

I look at myself
and what do I see?
I see beauty, intelligence
with some fear of the unknown.

I look at myself
and what do I see?
Talent, growth, wisdom,
brightness
with strong capability.

I look at myself
and what do I see?
I see loneliness,
covered with a smile.
Some pain, some misery
with hopes of tomorrows.
